P. Kay Coleman

Kay is President and CEO of WTI | Change Accelerators, a management consulting firm that specializes in helping companies implement major changes in their business processes, systems, and culture. Kay has over twenty–five years of experience in strategic planning, process redesign, human resources, and sales management.

Before WTI, Kay was managing director of Hammer and Company where she advised senior executives and conducted seminars on process improvement, and change management. She joined Hammer from CSC | Index where she had been a vice president with responsibility for leading client and consultant teams in the design and implementation of new processes and systems to achieve dramatic improvements in business results. As a CSC Index Global Practice Leader, Ms. Coleman was also responsible for creating innovative approaches to implementing big change fast and for transferring knowledge within the firm.

Ms. Coleman earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Strategic Planning from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She also received a Master of Science (MS) in Educational and Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English with High Honors in from the University of Tennessee.
