David Hudnut is an expert in organization and cultural change. David currently lives in Spain and has been living and working across Europe for the past sixteen years. David’s work draws upon deep experience in banking, electronics, and manufacturing where he has worked and consulted in strategic planning, product management, sales (selling, sales management and training), customer service, and culture change.

David’s is particularly adept at helping global companies turn cultural complexity into a competitive advantage. He speaks and conducts his work in English, French, German and Spanish. David founded Grok Consulting, S.L. in 2003. Previously he was responsible for all training and consulting for the the Germany/USA interface of Siemens in Munich. Prior to Siemans, David worked at Future Electronics GmbH where his team developed managed a systematic globalization process. David started as a manager at Citibank he focused on corporate culture change.

He has written many articles about how to recognize, and work with, cultural differences in business. David received his Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University in New York and his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
