Dave Knibbe

David Knibbe, Ph.D., is President and CEO of OIA–Organizational Improvement Associates, LLC (OIA), a consulting practice he founded in 1991. OIA is dedicated to the development and retention of high performing leaders.

Prior to founding OIA, Dave managed leader development and training functions at Texaco and Frito–Lay and was a consulting practice leader with Ernst & Young (formerly Arthur Young & Company). He is currently an adjunct professor of management at the Ancell School of Management, Western Connecticut State University.

Dave earned his Ph.D. in Organization & Executive Development at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. Additionally, he earned a Master of Organizational Leadership & Strategy at the Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University. Dave enjoys family and church activities, fishing, boy scouting, coaching baseball and foreign affairs.
